These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Delta Dispatch LLC, including but not limited to our truck dispatch services, By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

2. Services Overview

We provide the following services:

  • Truck Dispatch Services: Finding and booking good-paying loads for carriers and owner-operators.

3. Eligibility

  • Our services are available only to individuals or businesses that have legal capacity and the appropriate licensing to operate as carriers or trucking companies in the USA.
  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing and terms agreed upon at the time of signing up.
  • Dispatch Services Fees:
    • 6% for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, and Power Only.
    • 7% for Hotshots.
    • 9% for Box Trucks/Straight Trucks.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from  Delta Dispatch LLC, you agree to the following terms:

SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Messages

You may receive SMS messages related to:

  1.  Load availability and dispatch updates
  2. Appointment and scheduling reminders
  3. Billing or account-related inquiries
  4. Service updates and support messages
  5. Marketing SMS

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary as appropriate, depending on your services with us.

Fees and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  1. Checking the SMS consent box on our website forms
  2. Providing verbal consent during a call

  • Personal and business data collected during registration, recruitment, or IFTA filing will only be used for service delivery purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Delta Dispatch LLC will not be held responsible for:
    • Load cancellations by brokers or shippers.
    • Delays or errors in IFTA filing due to inaccurate data provided by the client.
    • Any financial losses resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, including but not limited to DOT and FMCSA requirements.

10. Termination of Services

  • Delta Dispatch LLC reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:
    • Breach of these Terms.
    • Non-payment of fees.
    • Misuse of our platform or services.
  • Users may terminate services with written notice. Any remaining balances must be settled upon termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of disputes, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of the state where Delta Dispatch LLC is headquartered.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and designs on our website are the intellectual property of Delta Dispatch LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms
